Rotterdam Netherlands (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Procurement Advisor to support a major public infrastructure organization responsible for maintaining and developing critical water transport and maritime infrastructure across the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will join a specialist Dredging & Salvage team and play a key role in procurement strategy development tender preparation and contract management activities for large-scale marine and civil engineering projects.
As Senior Procurement Advisor you will be responsible for:
You will work within a multidisciplinary contract management team consisting of approximately ten professionals including contract managers procurement advisors and contract management specialists. The team collaborates closely throughout both contract preparation and execution phases.
Candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:
You are passionate about procurement and contract management and enjoy working in complex project environments. You can translate procurement requirements into practical solutions engage effectively with stakeholders and ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently transparently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
