Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist – Live Studio & Digital Entertainment Are you a driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? About the Role We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for freelance recruiters to focus on hiring Live Studio Presenters and On-Camera Talent for global projects. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs — all with full flexibility and autonomy. What You'll Do Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Screen, interview, and assess candidates Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery Build and maintain strong talent pipelines What We're Looking For Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred) Fluent English (mandatory) Strong communication and candidate management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on placements What We Offer Above-market, uncapped commissions (no earning limits) Freelancer model – full flexibility and autonomy Fully remote – work from anywhere Unlimited roles to work on – maximize your placements Fast-paced, international environment Ongoing support and collaboration
