Internship Opportunity: Legal Commercial&Contract Law Internship | Starting in September

Would you like to experience legal work in an international setting whilst being part of a diverse and engaged team? Do you have interest in experiencing commercial and contract law applied in practise? Then we are looking for you!

For our Legal department in Rotterdam we are looking for a motivated legal intern! As a legal intern you will work in a dynamic and diverse team. Your role is to collaborate with a legal counsel in its business support for Europe and Asia.

During your internship you will have plenty of learning opportunities, experience autonomy and be granted the responsibility to advise and drive improvements alongside with coaching and support.

Your responsibilities

• Take part in the negotiations and support the documentation of major commercial and project agreements.
• Prepare drafts for internal advices and executive summaries on various legal matters.
• Actively contribute to the design of the digital environment of the legal department.

Qualification and background

• Legal bachelors/master student
• You are currently enrolled in a study program in The Netherlands and will remain enrolled for the entire duration of the internship
• Available for at least 6 and up top 9 months
• Preferrably 40 hours per week
• Excellent MS office skills, especially Word
• Skills in using Power BA will be considered as a plus
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German and or Dutch will be considered as a plus
• Proven interest in commercial law
