We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially driven International Head of Sales to accelerate our global growth, lead and inspire our sales team, and build lasting relationships with high-profile creative professionals.
Your Role: Team Leader, Connector, Advisor, Closer
In this role, you are responsible not only for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets but also for building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team. You guide and empower your team members to develop their skills, achieve targets, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
You act as the first point of contact for leading architects, designers, artists, and project developers guiding them through the creative and technical process of selecting and using natural stone. You advise clients on the aesthetic and functional potential of our materials, matching the right stone to the right project, and model collaborative leadership to ensure your team delivers these insights consistently.
You combine strong relationship-building skills with the confidence, persuasion, and commercial drive to win projects and close deals, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development within your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the international sales team, ensuring team members reach their full potential.
- Drive international business growth by identifying and developing new clients and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, artists, and developers.
- Provide expert advice on material selection, application, and creative use of natural stone.
- Actively collaborate with internal material and design teams to find the right stone for each project.
- Spot commercial opportunities and act on them with confidence and urgency.
- Represent SolidNature at international events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and project follow-up.
- Set clear team objectives, track performance, and celebrate successes.
- Stay up to date with market trends, design movements, and global project developments
What You Bring
- Proven experience in international key account management, business development, or consultative sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of sales professionals.
- A strong affinity with design, architecture, art, interiors, or luxury materials, combined with a natural understanding of aesthetics and what makes exceptional projects stand out.
- A genuine passion for design and a keen eye for beauty, detail, craftsmanship, and materiality.
- The ability to act as a trusted advisor and true partner to clients, delivering a level of service that reflects SolidNature’s commitment to excellence and perfection.
- Strong relationship-building skills; you know how to open doors, nurture long-term partnerships, and stay top-of-mind with leading architects, designers, artists, and developers.
- Confident and proactive in business development; you are not afraid to pick up the phone, initiate conversations, follow up persistently, and create opportunities where others see obstacles.
