Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–19:00 (rotating shifts)

Salary: 1500€ gross/month + benefits

What you will do
Assist customers via phone, email and chat
Provide clear, empathetic and effective support
Handle account questions, troubleshooting and general inquiries
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
Follow internal guidelines and meet quality expectations
What you bring
Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in rotating shifts
Motivation to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
