Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinator | High Tech | Eindhoven

At Trinamics we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinator within a high tech environment where product development and supply chain are closely connected.

Organisation and role

You will be working in an environment where R&D, supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing come together to develop and introduce complex technical products. Within this chain, product introductions, engineering changes and lifecycle management are coordinated in a high mix low volume setting.

Your role sits at the interface of engineering, planning and supply chain. You ensure alignment between material availability, documentation and planning so that engineering changes and new product introductions can be executed in a controlled way.

Responsibilities

In this role you are responsible for the coordination of planning, material flow and engineering changes across ongoing and new product development activities.

Your main responsibilities include

• Creating and maintaining project and supply plans
• Aligning material requirements with R&D, supply chain and suppliers
• Ensuring availability of bills of materials and technical drawings
• Supporting logistics risk analysis and identifying bottlenecks
• Coordinating engineering changes and assessing impact on planning, cost and quality
• Aligning with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Contributing to continuous improvement of product lifecycle processes

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
• 0 to 7 years of relevant experience in a technical, logistics or supply chain environment
• Experience in planning, coordination or project based work is a plus
• Affinity with high tech environments and product development
• Structured way of working and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Good command of English, Dutch is a plus

• Salary between 4800 and 5000 euro gross per month based on full time employment
