Functie

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on ships, ranging from steel constructions to restoring structural damage. You'll work closely with other specialists to ensure that vessels are ready to return to the water in top condition.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Welding, cutting, bending, and assembling metal components on ships
• Repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts of the hull, decks, and other structural elements
• Ensuring safe and efficient restoration of vessels so they are seaworthy and in optimal condition
• Working in accordance with strict safety and quality standards to deliver the highest level of craftsmanship
• Collaborating with a team of specialists to complete ship repairs on time and with great attention to detail

• You have experience with various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, and are able to perform them with precision.
• You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
• When faced with challenges, you are the one who responds quickly and professionally with effective solutions.

Aanbod

• A monthly salary between €3.100 and €3.500
• 27 days off plus 13 adv days
