About the Company
Our client is building the operating system for public-sector dealmaking and infrastructure projects across Europe. Through workflow software data intelligence and embedded financial products they help organizations identify evaluate and execute complex infrastructure and public-sector opportunities.
With strong product-market fit and approximately $3M ARR the company is entering a critical growth phase with the ambition to scale to $40M ARR across multiple European markets. This is a rare opportunity to join the executive team and help define an entirely new category in European infrastructure technology.

As CMO / Growth Lead you will own marketing strategy category creation and growth across Europe while reporting directly to the CEO as one of four executive leaders alongside Sales Operations and Product leadership.
You will shape how the market understands the company build scalable growth engines and establish the category of European Public Deal Infrastructure.
