Are you a native (or fluent) Dutch speaker who loves finding the perfect solution to every puzzle? We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic young professionals to join a fantastic, growing team in Greece representing a global, fast-growing market leader in device protection and electronics insurance. In this role, you will be the absolute savior for customers when their beloved laptop, camera, or TV breaks down or gets damaged—transforming a stressful moment into an amazing, positive experience!

No previous insurance experience? No problem at all! We provide a comprehensive, fully paid on-site training program to teach you everything you need to know step-by-step. All you need is a positive attitude, empathy, and a desire to live life to the fullest under the Greek sun!

What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

  • Be the Customer Hero: Support Dutch-speaking customers empathetically and professionally via phone, chat, webforms, and social media regarding their device protection plans.
  • Manage Smart Claims Processing: File new claims for high-end electronics, check the status of existing cases, and smoothly coordinate repairs or replacements for items like laptops, cameras, and TVs.
  • Deliver Solution-Oriented Service: Explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language while always prioritizing customer trust and empathy.
  • Multitask Like a Pro: Log case notes precisely in top-tier CRM platforms (like Salesforce) while navigating multiple specialized applications in real-time.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid working command of English for your training modules and system navigation.
  • Tech Comfort: Solid basic PC skills (Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office) and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Mindset: Significantly advanced communication skills, great active listening, and a calm, professional approach when dealing with challenging interactions.
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ready for Adventure: Genuinely excited to pack your bags, work in a modern office environment, and dive headfirst into an active expat lifestyle.
