Marketing Manager Benelux

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy across the Benelux region. This is not a traditional marketing role focused solely on campaign delivery. It is a highly visible position with direct responsibility for driving pipeline growth, supporting revenue objectives, and partnering closely with Sales and senior stakeholders.

Based in Amsterdam, this role offers the opportunity to shape regional marketing strategy while working within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Benelux marketing strategy with a strong focus on pipeline generation and revenue contribution
• Partner closely with Sales teams to align priorities, identify opportunities, and drive business results
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across product marketing, digital marketing, and brand functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and channel organizations
• Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities
• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and reporting
• Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data, insights, and business outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, software, or related industries
• Proven experience in demand generation, campaign management, and pipeline development
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance-driven marketing
• Experience working closely with commercial and sales teams
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make informed decisions
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Native-level Dutch and fluent English
