Manager Finance Business Partnering

As Manager Finance Business Partnering you will lead a team of Finance Business Partners and strengthen the impact of Finance across the organization. You bring clarity structure and focus while creating room for development ownership and collaboration.

You are part of the Finance Management Team and contribute to both strategic and tactical decision-making. You translate business priorities into financial impact and support decision-making through clear insights and balanced considerations.

Qualifications :

You are an experienced Finance professional who brings structure sound judgment and clarity to complex business challenges. You combine strong financial expertise with a business-oriented mindset and know how to translate insights into impact.

In addition you bring:

• Experience in leading and developing Finance professionals
• A strong background in business control and performance management
• Strong analytical skills decisiveness and the ability to distinguish between main and secondary priorities
• A leadership style in which you create connection and trust while pragmatically providing direction and driving results
