You are part of a team that is responsible for Strategic Planning and Resourcing within a cluster. The role needs to balance the needs of the individual Clusters Communities and clients alongside individual career aspirations. Overall responsibility for deploying effective resourcing services across the designated Cluster partnering with the Cluster Leader and liaising with senior stakeholders to understand priorities to deliver strategic and commercially sound resourcing solutions. Challenge requests from the business where necessary and influence individuals based on balanced people and data focus. You will liaise with Resourcing Managers of other clusters in finding country-wide solutions.
