Our Client - A leading European technology company operating within the eMobility and EV charging sector. With a strong presence across multiple international markets, they are continuing to invest in customer experience, partner support and technical excellence as they scale their operations across the Netherlands. As a result of continued growth, they're looking to hire a Technical Support Representative to join their team.
Role Summary - This role sits at the intersection of technical support, customer success and partner enablement. You'll work closely with installers, distributors, wholesalers and customers, helping them successfully deploy, troubleshoot and operate charging solutions. You'll become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting everything from onboarding and training through to complex technical investigations and issue resolution.
