The role

We are looking for an Operations Lead who keeps the heart of our operation running. Not a manager who sits in meetings and writes reports. Someone who dives in at the deep end, solves problems independently and goes hard every single day.

You report directly to the Managing Director and take over a large part of the day-to-day operation. Logistics, fulfillment, systems, supply chain, processes and flows, people operations and everything in between. When something goes wrong, you fix it. When something can be better, you see it and you act on it.


This is not a comfortable role. It is a role for someone who gets energy from turning chaos into structure, who does not wait for instructions and who enjoys taking ownership of things that are not yet perfect.


What you will do
  • Own and optimise logistics and fulfillment, from inbound to the customer
  • Day-to-day management and coaching of our team
  • Solve operational problems before they escalate
  • Monitor systems and tools on an operational level
  • Think along on inventory management and purchase planning
  • Support HR operations: onboarding, contracts, day-to-day people matters
  • Operationally support events and activations
  • Build processes where there are none yet
  • Own the full operational engine: production, supply chain, logistics, fulfilment, inventory, order flow, B2B and D2C.
  • Build and lead the operational processes that allow the brand to scale internationally with discipline.
  • Manage production and sourcing relationships (incl. Turkey and China): timelines, quality control, costing and supplier performance.
  • Drive margin improvement through better purchasing discipline, lower deadstock, stronger sell-through and controlled operating costs.
  • Build seasonal planning and forecasting across collections, channels and markets.
  • Oversee logistics and fulfilment, including wholesale delivery, DTC fulfilment and third-party partners.
  • Strengthen reporting and data: clear visibility on margin, inventory, cashflow and performance per collection, category and channel.
  • Build and lead the team: set standards, create accountability and bring structure without killing speed.
  • Help professionalise the company as it grows toward higher enterprise value and international scale.


What you bring
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational role within fashion, ecom or a product-driven company
  • You have worked with Shopify and understand how a product lifecycle looks from purchase to delivery
  • You are not afraid of hard work and take ownership without being told to
  • You are resilient under pressure and keep a clear head when multiple things go wrong at once
  • You communicate directly and clearly, both internally and externally
  • You are based in or around Amsterdam
  • Affinity with fashion, design and culture is a strong plus.
