Finance Manager – Medical Devices (APAC-Owned Multinational)
Location: Andelst, Gelderland, Netherlands
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 per year (dependant on experience)
Full-time, 5 days per week in office

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading APAC-based medical device company with a growing European presence. The organization specializes in high-quality, state-of-the-art medical equipment, with innovation, research, and development at the core of its operations.
The Netherlands office serves as the company's EU hub, with the team currently expanding its footprint across the region. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the local General Manager, within a growing team of 20-30 people. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership of the local finance function within an international, fast-growing group structure.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Processing financial records, maintaining and reconciling balance account sheets
- Preparing financial analyses, monthly/annual reports, and assisting with audit preparation
- Responsible for accounts receivable management
- Reviewing supplier/vendor invoices and employee expense claims
- Assisting in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Contributing to the development and optimization of current ERP processes and internal process improvement
- Investigating and following up on audit findings, account discrepancies, and efficiency improvements
- Performing and supporting colleagues with financial-related matters
- Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for financial policy and regulations
- Assisting with bank transaction maintenance, local tax/CBS filings, and local audits
- Supporting other stakeholders, including the parent company and group companies
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the above tasks or a similar role
- Knowledge of financial procedures and general ledger functions
- Knowledge/experience with AFAS is an advantage
- Good command of English (oral and written); Dutch is a strong plus
