We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Development Intern to join our team for a minimum of five months, starting in September 2026.

Your internship

We are seeking for an enthusiastic Retail Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both project execution and brand-specific technical design. You will support the delivery of our high-end boutiques and work closely with internal teams and external partners to help bring our vision to life. Besides this your tasks will also include:

• Help support project planning and coordination for retail development projects, including tracking milestones, key actions, and follow-ups on real estate, design and construction processes.
• Support real estate data collection and urban analysis and evaluation processes.
• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution and accurate record keeping.
• Support scheduling and cost management by helping maintain timelines, budgets, cost trackers, and reporting tools across active projects.
• Contribute to technical design development activities, such as space planning, test fits, and layout coordination for our boutiques.
• Support to coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to support due diligence, technical design documentation, and project progress.
• Prepare presentations and status updates that communicate progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Support the review and organization of drawings, technical design packages, and project documentation to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support, including meeting notes, trackers, and document filing, to help keep projects running smoothly.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• A strong interest in retail development, project execution, and aesthetic technical design, with a curiosity about how a concept transforms into a physical boutique.
• Basic understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, or documentation workflows is a plus.
• An affinity for urban context, space planning, retail layouts, and the technical design process within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management applications such as Asana is expected; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with project coordination tools, scheduling, budgeting trackers, purchase order processes, or vendor management.
• Basic knowledge of architecture, visual merchandising principles, or customer experience technical design.
• Exposure to technical design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Excellent command of the English language is required; knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is a benefit.
