Wat je gaat doen As a Forklift Technician, you play a key role in keeping internal transport operations running smoothly. You'll work in a modern workshop in Druten, where no two days are the same. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll ensure that our forklifts remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. You'll work closely with fellow technicians and the production team, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in an informal and innovative working environment.
What you'll do:
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on Linde forklifts;
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults;
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and safety inspections;
  • Record completed work and findings in the maintenance management system (Ultimo);
  • Contribute to improvements in equipment reliability and maintenance processes

What we offer:
  • A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500;
  • A permanent contract for long-term job security;
  • A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
  • 25 vacation days and an 8% pension contribution through STIPP;
  • Travel allowance from 10 km onwards;
  • Training and career development opportunities within your field;
  • An informal working environment with a close-knit and supportive team;
  • Every Friday: fries with your colleagues.

In addition to your hourly wage, this includes benefits such as vacation entitlement, shift allowances, ADV (working time reduction) compensation, and other salary components.

What we're looking for:
  • An MBO-level qualification in a technical field, or a willingness to learn;
  • Experience as a technician or with forklifts is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems is a plus;
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities;
  • Good command of Dutch or English.
