B1.3 Licensed Engineers wanted (location: Woensdrecht - The Netherlands) “Aviation is what we breathe. Are you ready to join an innovative, specialized team with global impact? Over het bedrijf Fokker Techniek specializes in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, handling everything from minor repairs to extensive inspections under EASA's Design Organisation Approval (DOA). Fokker Techniek can manage the complete design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing. With a focus on quality and innovation, Fokker is a leader in aviation maintenance and technology. 3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers. 3 (civil) with at least one helicopter type rating (for example: Able to perform base maintenance checks Strong in technical English communication. Solution-oriented, with effective team collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards. To be clear: this role is therefore not a contractor opportunity. Start with a one-year contract at WFS PRO, with the potential for a permanent role at Fokker Techniek. We also introduce you to the Dutch language through an online language course, sponsored by WFS PRO. Relocation assistance, allowance and housing: We give you clear insight to the relocation process and ensure a smooth transition to the Netherlands. We'll also help arrange your accommodation, making your move seamless. On top of that, you get a relocation allowance of up to € 2500 (single) or up to € 5000 (families) for moving to the Netherlands. Tax Benefits: Receive tax breaks or other financial benefits for the first 5 years. Additional Financial Benefits: You get a travel allowance for car and bike: €0,23 per kilometer (from 10km), an 8% holiday allowance, also, your salary increases each year (CLA increase and performance bonus) and you have the possibility to convert ADV-days in additional income (up to 2% up to gross salary). You get access to fitness facilities at a reduced rate and free access to GoodHabitz, with more than 1000 lessons to improve yourself.
