EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS SENIOR MANAGER
HUMAN RESOURCES / EMPLOYEE & LABOUR RELATIONS
We are looking for an Employee & Labor Relations Senior Manager (ER/LR) to lead the Employee and Labour Relations agenda in the Netherlands driving compliance risk mitigation and effective employee representation. You will support business continuity through expert guidance on Dutch labour law Works Councils and complex ER cases while ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

As our ER/LR Senior Manager Netherlands you play a critical role in shaping Employee and Labour Relations across the Netherlands ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law and delivering pragmatic solutions that support business continuity and growth.
