The Facilitation & Concierge Account Specialist (FCAS) is a force multiplier for the Facilitation Teamand a key steward of the Fortis experience. You translate discerning preferences into seamless outcomes anticipate needs before theyre voiced and turn special requests into moments that feel effortless and personal. On any given day you might be proactively guiding a membership account curating world-class recommendations with impeccable taste orchestrating handoffs across a complex international itinerary or refining the playbooks and standards that keep our concierge brand consistent elevated and always one step ahead.
Youll work closely with all departments / teams in the company to support high-stakes trips and missions across the Europe region while also owning the infrastructurethat keeps facilitation and concierge execution running ahead of demand.
This is an on-site role in Amsterdam with possible regional travel and a clear focus on Europe operations.
