Planon is strengthening its commercial organization by building a more data-driven and performance-focused Revenue Operations function. To support this we are looking for someone who enjoys working with data uncovering insights and translating complex performance trends into clear actions.
As our Revenue Operations Specialist for Insights & Analytics you will play a key role in how we measure and steer our commercial performance. You will work across Sales Customer Growth Marketing Finance and IM to ensure the organization has clear visibility on pipeline health revenue performance and the impact of strategic initiatives.
Through scalable reporting strong KPI governance and actionable insights you will help GTM leadership understand what is happening in the business and where to act next.
If you enjoy combining analytics with business understanding building reporting that drives decisions and partnering with senior stakeholders this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on how our commercial organization performs.
What youll do
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of commercial processes. You are comfortable working with data but equally strong in translating insights into clear narratives that help stakeholders take action.
