This IsWhat Your Role Looks Like

As anArchitectural Engineer(Execution and Aftercare)youllplay a key role in turning our concepts into reality.Youllensure that every club is delivered according to the highest quality standards while supporting contractors solving technicalchallengesand continuously improving the way we build.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to construction takesownershipand wants to make a visible impact on projects across Europe.

As part of the Execution and Aftercare teamyoullbe responsible forthe technical coordination and quality of projects during construction and project completion.Youllwork closely with Project Managers contractorssuppliersand internal stakeholders to ensure our clubs are delivered safelyefficientlyand according to the Basic-Fit standard.

Beyond project deliveryyoulluse the experience gained on site to improve future construction methods technicalstandardsand execution processes across all Basic-Fit markets in Europe.

YourResponsibilities

Construction & Project Delivery

• Coordinate the technical execution of new clubs rebuilds acquisitions and refurbishment projects across Europe.

• Review technical drawings before construction starts andidentifypotential risks orimprovements.

• Review andmonitorconstruction schedulesand ensure project milestones are integrated efficiently

• Act as the technical point of contact for contractorssuppliersand external consultants throughout the construction process.

• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with Basic-Fit standards localregulationsand technical specifications.

• Visit construction sites regularly to perform technical inspections andmonitorproject progress.

• Support Project Managers by resolving technical challenges quickly and effectively.

• Coordinate technical changes during construction while balancing qualityplanningand budget.

• Ensure projects are delivered with complete andaccurateas-built documentation.

Quality & Aftercare

• Lead technical inspections during project handover.

• Identifydefects and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.

• Monitor the completion of outstanding works after opening.

• Analyze recurring construction issues and translate lessons learned into improved standards.

• Support the continuous improvement of technical details constructionmethodsand execution processes.

• Work closely with the Preparation and Development team to improve future club designs based on practical construction experience.

Continuous Improvement

• Help further standardize construction quality across all Basic-Fit markets in Europe.

• Contribute to improving construction workflows and digital processes.

• Collaborate with BIM Engineers to improve technical documentation and project coordination.

• Share best practices and technical knowledge with colleagues across Europe.

• Identifyopportunities to improve buildability efficiencysustainabilityand quality.

During your first year you will:

• Successfully support the delivery of multiple construction projects across Europe.

• Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.

• Become a trusted technical advisor for Project Managers and the wider Construction team.

• Improve construction quality through practical technical solutions.

• Help strengthen Basic-Fits construction standards by turning project experience into continuous improvements.

Yourea hands-on engineer who enjoys being close to construction. You combine technical knowledge with practical problem-solving and know how to keep projects moving without compromising quality.

You communicate easily with contractorsconsultantsand colleagues and remain calm when priorities change. You enjoy travelling visitingprojectsand seeing your work come to life.

Qualifications& Skills

• A bachelors degree in architecture Architectural Engineering ConstructionManagementora relatedfield.

• Approximately 35 years of experience within constructionengineeringor project execution.

• Experience coordinating construction projects and working with contractors.

• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing.

• Knowledge of construction quality sitecoordinationand project delivery.

• Experience with BIMRevitor digital construction tools is an advantage.

• Experience with permitting processes and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch or another European language is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive adaptable and capable of navigating day-to-day challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel regularly across all Basic-Fit markets in Europe.
