Job Summary:
Join our team as an Associate Recruiter and play a pivotal role in building high-performing diverse teams at a fast-growing organization. You will drive a full-cycle recruitment process and help source exceptional talent by leveraging your expertise and proactive communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Source identify and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.
Effectively manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Coordinate interviews facilitate feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders hiring managers and candidates.
Track analyze and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
Continuously share market insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally within a startup environment.
Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.
Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
