At LYNX were looking for an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our People & Culture this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help us attract assess and hire the right talent for our international organisation.
As a Recruiter you will work closely with hiring managers across different departments and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. You will combine hands-on recruitment with stakeholder management sourcing employer branding and continuous process improvement.
As our Recruiter you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
