Job Description
As a Senior eDMS Consultant (Domain Controller), you will:

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Electronic Document Management System (eDMS) solutions for large-scale engineering and infrastructure transformation programs.
  
• Define and maintain document management strategies, governance frameworks, and best practices aligned with project and organizational objectives.
  
• Design and establish Document Register structures, metadata standards, document numbering conventions, and Master Document Register (MDR) requirements.
  
• Manage the complete document lifecycle, including placeholder creation, document submission, review, approval, publishing, revision management, archival, and retention.
  
• Configure and optimize workflows for Technical Queries (TQ), Interface Queries (IQ), document review cycles, approvals, and controlled document exchange.
  
• Establish governance processes for Interface Documents, technical correspondence, non-conformities (NCR), and project communication records.
  
• Implement robust document versioning, revision control, audit trails, and compliance processes to ensure document integrity and traceability.
  
• Define document confidentiality rules, access controls, and information segregation across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  
• Develop and execute bulk document upload strategies while ensuring metadata quality, validation, and consistency.
  
• Apply ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment (CDE) principles to support information management across the project lifecycle.
  
• Configure, administer, and optimize enterprise eDMS platforms such as Oracle Aconex and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality assurance, contractors, and client teams to ensure effective document governance and successful digital transformation.
  
• Provide expert guidance, stakeholder support, and governance throughout the eDMS transformation program while driving adoption and continuous improvement.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of experience in Electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS), Information Management, or Engineering Document Control.
  
• Proven experience leading document management initiatives for large engineering, construction, infrastructure, utility, or capital projects.
  
• Strong expertise in Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or comparable enterprise eDMS platforms.
  
• In-depth understanding of document lifecycle management, metadata standards, document numbering, and Master Document Register (MDR) principles.
  
• Experience designing workflows for document review, Technical Queries (TQ), Interface Queries (IQ), approvals, and correspondence management.
  
• Strong knowledge of version control, revision management, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
  
• Experience implementing ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment (CDE) methodologies.
  
• Expertise in document governance, information security, confidentiality, and controlled document exchange.
  
• Experience planning and executing bulk document migration, metadata validation, and data quality initiatives.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:
