Leading the Workplace as a Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager at McDonald's, you are the beating heart of the restaurant. You ensure that everything runs smoothly – from a perfect guest experience to strong operational results. Together with your team, you will surprise our guests time and again with delicious products, fast service, and a warm smile. You are visible on the floor, motivating, organizing, and analyzing. And all with one goal: a restaurant where everyone feels welcome.
You are not only a leader, but also a coach. You recognize talent, empower people, and help them grow. With your positive energy, you create a safe, pleasant work environment where everyone can be themselves. You develop annual plans, translate these into clear objectives for both operational and financial matters, and know how to involve your team in these efforts. Changing circumstances? You also ensure balanced administration and a perfectly maintained restaurant. You are the face of the restaurant – for your team and for our guests.

What's on your menu?
You have a vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level and some management experience. Do you have previous work experience in hospitality or retail? That's a plus! But what really matters is your drive to grow and to inspire others. You always think from the guest's perspective and know how to inspire a team. You're entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and enjoy clear goals. You enjoy collaborating, connecting people, and building a strong team. At the same time, you're not afraid to be critical, making choices and decisions based on data and insights.
