Are you administratively strong, accurate in your work and able to maintain a clear overview? At DSV in Ede, you ensure that transport movements, deliveries and the related documentation are administratively correct from start to finish. You will work in a committed team of nine colleagues, where collaboration, ownership and the ability to act quickly are key.

Providing administrative support for and monitoring our logistics processes, so that customers, colleagues and partners can always rely on accurate and up-to-date information: you’re on it.

How you do this? You follow up on transport movements and deliveries, process information in our systems and take action when something does not go according to plan. You achieve this by:

• receiving and handling questions and complaints from customer service and partners about delays, damage and other issues;
• monitoring the follow-up of transports and deliveries and checking the operational status with partners;
• registering shipments with recipients and processing bookings in the system;
• administratively processing orders and drawing up or checking forwarding documents;
• collecting and compiling all documentation related to a shipment.

Your team stands out within DSV because it is a committed and informal team in which colleagues support each other and work together to handle every shipment correctly and on time. At our location in Ede, you will work alongside a total of nine colleagues. The atmosphere is professional but accessible, with room for initiative and development.

You bring

• a completed MBO education;
• some work experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or transport;
• an accurate, proactive and structured approach to work;
• a good command of both Dutch and English, as well as experience with MS Office and automated systems.
