At Sia , we work with leading retailers and consumer brands to design their future — from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you’ll work with senior business stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing, commerce, and operational models.
This is a multi-tool role where business curiosity, strategic thinking, and bring the transformation to life. Your focus is not limited to one function — instead, you’ll help clients connect the dots across departments and deliver lasting impact.
You will:
Projects span a wide range of topics — brand strategy, innovation, customer journeys, trade terms optimization, category growth plans, and more — always tailored to what drives value for the client.
