Søstrene Grene is a Danish family-owned company that was founded in 1973 and currently has more than 400 stores in 19 countries. Our stores offer a wide range of home accessories furniture kitchen utensils hobby items party supplies gift wrapping office supplies childrens interiors and toys as well as seasonal products. New products arrive in stores every week.

In Venlo our DC handles both our E-commerce business and our psychical stores. The two operations work side by side but with each having an Operations Manager. You will primarily be supporting the retail operation.

Your role at Søstrene Grene
As a Warehouse Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Retail team by coordinating workforce administration supporting employees and managing key HR-related this role you will also be responsible for administering workwear updating our info screens coordinating temporary staff and ensuring effective workforce planning and allocation. You will handle employee absence reporting maintain accurate records in our systems and support both onboarding and offboarding activities.

You will together with your counterpart in the E-commerce operation be an important link between the operation and our People & Culture team. You will manage the day-to-day administration of Quinyx (our workforce planning system) including employee setup scheduling absence registration and time approval. You will also support payroll processes and assist different ad hoc administrative tasks related to payroll.

The role involves providing guidance to employees on topics such as payroll sickness absence holidays and company policies always in close collaboration with the lead P&C Generalist.

About you:
Experience from warehouse administration logistics or warehouse operations.
Comfortable working with digital systems; experience with Quinyx or workforce planning tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsible detail-oriented and able to maintain quality under pressure.
Driven service-minded and committed to building a culture based on trust integrity empathy and authenticity.
