Profile
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in asset management, with a strong track record in institutional private assets sales or business development.
- Demonstrated success in originating and developing institutional client relationships within private assets.
- Existing network of investor relationships in the Netherlands in addition is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in private assets investment strategies and products (private equity, private debt, real assets).
- Experience working with institutional investors and a strong understanding of their investment and due diligence processes.
- Exposure to wealth or intermediary distribution channels is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of private markets products and fundraising processes.
• Excellent commercial, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to explain complex investment strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
Behavioural Skills
• Entrepreneurial and business development-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Collaborative team player, able to operate effectively in a matrix multi-boutique organization.
• High degree of autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Language Skills
• Native or fluent Dutch (mandatory).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
