About the position

You will support the SNRBecelandBecelProactiv Brand Manager NL in executing and implementing the brand marketingplansand you will work closely with the European and Cluster Marketing teams. You drive brand performance using a data-driven approach as well as disruptive brand marketing initiatives that engage consumers. Your focus will beFlora FoodGroupssHealth & Wellbeing brands (Becel&BecelProactiv) for the Netherlands.

You work closely with colleagues in your Cluster Marketing team and the European marketing team to ensure compelling communication plans and the translation of these plans to the local markets to meet commercialobjectives. And you will contribute to product development and brand relaunches in the cluster.

In collaboration with the SNR Brand Manager youmonitorbrand performance vs KPIs together with return on investment of advertising and promotions. Use these insights to make recommendations andanticipatethreats/opportunities. Youleverageinsights from market research category and brand performance market trends consumer behavior etc. to drive continuous improvement andoptimizingthe portfolio.

Daily you work a lot with both internal and external stakeholders from all different professions to make sure you successfully deliver the agreed operational plans. Here you can think of internal collaborations with Supply Chain teams R&D colleagues the digital team fieldsalesand sales teams addition you work with external agencies like advertising agencies on the creation of campaigns media agencies retailpartnersand potential collaborations with brandsinfluencersor foundations.

So what does it take to be successful in this role

You bring any brand marketing experience or interest preferably gained in FMCG. You share a passion for building brands and you can share your thoughts and ideas on our current and potential activations and campaigns. Any skills in marketing with a strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results will help you succeed in this role. You bring strong commercial and financial acumen together with excellent analytical skills.

To succeed in Flora Food Groups fast-changing environment you are a self-starter with curiosity entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity in equal measure willing to challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for growth. You bring a performancemindsetandyourenot afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done with a can-do approach. You area strong teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills.

As this role focuses on the Dutch market you are comfortable communicating inDutch and English both written and spoken.
