As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email you will provide our guests with excellent service on Fridays and weekends starting with the booking process. Your duties will also include the following:

  • Reviewing and processing bookings overbookings and options
  • Corrections of invoices payments accounting tasks
  • Maintaining OPERA Cloud as well as our electronic bookings systems
  • Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
  • Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
  • Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times

Qualifications :

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Have an excellent sense of quality and service as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be open and communicative and have excellent manners as well as a solid command of (written and spoken) English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments we achieve our results together
