Account Manager Fitness Industry (Dutch Speaking)

You will work with existing Virtuagym customers, including personal trainers, gyms, boutique studios and other health and fitness businesses. We’re a remote-friendly company, but for this role we’d love to see you in our Amsterdam office around 2 days per week to stay closely connected with the team. The rest of the time, you’re free to work from home within the Netherlands. Want a change in scenery? You can also work from elsewhere in Europe for some periods of time per year. What you will own Build strong commercial relationships with existing customers; Understand the goals, challenges and daily operations of fitness businesses; Identify opportunities to expand customers’ use of Virtuagym; Advise customers on relevant modules, payment solutions and platform upgrades; Lead renewal, upsell and cross-sell conversations; Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customer needs; Negotiate agreements and guide opportunities through to close; Manage your pipeline and performance in Salesforce; Collaborate with Customer Success to support retention and reduce churn. What you’ll bring Experience in the health, sports or fitness industry, for example as a personal trainer, gym manager, club manager, membership consultant or fitness professional; A strong understanding of how gyms, studios, trainers or fitness businesses operate; Experience building relationships with customers, clients or members; A commercial mindset and the motivation to develop a career in sales or account management; Confidence communicating by phone, video and in presentations; Strong relationship-building and communication skills; Fluency in Dutch and English (hard requirement); A proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset. Experience in sales, account management, SaaS, consultative selling or a B2B environment is a plus, but not a hard requirement.
