Fleet Sales Manager (6-months contract/freelance)

The role
As a Fleet Sales Manager - Europe, you will accelerate Zeekr’s Corporate & Fleet Sales growth across Europe by identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities. You will work closely with International Key Account Managers, local market teams, leasing providers, fleet partners, and enterprise customers to build a strong pipeline of fleet opportunities and convert them into vehicle orders. Through your commercial expertise, hunter mentality, and industry network, you will play a key role in expanding Zeekr’s presence within the European fleet and mobility ecosystem while helping organizations transition to electrified mobility.

This is what you will do:

Driving Sales & Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate fleet customers across European markets.

• Generate qualified sales opportunities and convert them into RFQs, tenders, framework agreements, and vehicle orders.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to support Zeekr’s fleet growth objectives.

• Develop relationships with Procurement, HR, Mobility Managers, Sustainability Managers, and C-level decision makers.

• Drive customer acquisition throughout the entire sales cycle, from first contact through commercial agreement and order placement.

Building Customer & Partner Relationships

• Develop and strengthen relationships with leasing companies, fleet management providers, brokers, mobility partners, and referral partners.

• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test-drive activities.

• Collaborate with International Key Account Managers and local Fleet Sales teams to accelerate strategic opportunities and close fleet deals.

• Support negotiations on commercial proposals, pricing structures, and framework agreements.

Developing the European Fleet Market

• Identify high-potential customer segments and create targeted sales initiatives.

• Represent Zeekr at fleet events, customer roadshows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, EV adoption developments, and emerging business opportunities.

• Support the growth of Zeekr’s position within the European fleet and mobility marketplace.

Driving Commercial Excellence

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.

• Track sales performance against agreed objectives and share regular business updates.

• Contribute directly to fleet sales targets and order intake across Europe.

• Use market insights and sales data to support strategic growth initiatives.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.

• 5+ years of experience in fleet sales, corporate sales, automotive, leasing, mobility, or enterprise B2B sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven track record of generating new business and delivering measurable sales growth.

• Experience working with corporate customers, leasing companies, fleet operators, or mobility providers.

• Strong knowledge of fleet procurement processes, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), leasing structures, and fleet decision-making.

• Existing network within the European fleet or automotive industry is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced international environment.

• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

• Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
