As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the overall warehouse operation. You lead Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensure that productivity and quality targets are achieved, and continuously improve processes to deliver the best possible service to customers.

What will you do?
As a Warehouse Manager, you oversee the daily warehouse operation and manage multiple teams through Supervisors and Team Leaders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the overall warehouse operation, including inbound, storage, order picking, and outbound processes
• Leading, coaching, and developing Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Ensuring efficient workforce planning and optimal staffing levels
• Driving continuous improvement projects and implementing new processes
• Working closely with Operations, Customer Service, Planning, and customers
• Preparing management reports and analysing operational performance
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Functie-eisen

You are an experienced people manager who enjoys building high-performing teams while continuously improving operational processes.

You also have:

• A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• At least 3 years of management experience within logistics or manufacturing
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• You have your own accommodation
• A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG). If your VOG is approved, Olympia will reimburse the cost of €41.35. If your VOG is not approved, the cost will be at your own expense

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A salary between €3750 and €4200 gross per month, depending on your experience
