As CISO, you will lead our security organisation and report directly to the CIO. Together, you will shape a modern platform and security strategy that supports innovation whilemaintaininga resilient and future-ready foundation.

Job Description

Aboutyourtasks:

• Integrate security across the entire product lifecycle by embedding it into product discovery, development, and release processes, whileestablishingand strengthening aDevSecOps-driven Secure SDLC that incorporates threat modelling, security engineering, and automated controls.
• Build aplatform security mindset, ensuring cloud-native architecture, app-first thinking and AI initiatives are secure by design.
• Reduce friction for engineering teams throughautomation, smartguardrailsand scalable security patterns.
• Drive pragmatic risk management aligned with business growth — ensuring security accelerates innovation rather than creating bureaucracy.
• Ensureregulatory and compliance requirementsare met through scalable, well-designed security capabilities.
• Act as the owner of enterprise security,advisingthe CIO, IT leadership team and Boardon risk,resilienceand strategic investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing security team of 8, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and collaboration across engineering and business functions.

Qualifications

Aboutyou:

• You have led security in adigital platform or product-centric environment,and in traditional GRC structures.
• You have a strong understanding ofDevSecOps, cloud-native environments, security engineering and product security integration and youare able tolead these workstreams.
• You combinestrategic thinking with hands-on depthand understand how to balance risk awareness with commercial reality.
• You are apragmatic, solution-oriented leaderwho believes security should empower teams and protect customers at the same time.
• You thinkinplatforms, not in silos. You build scalable systems, not control towers.
• Shape and secure our AI-driven capabilities, including data protection, modelrisksand responsible AI usage.
