This role works closely with the immediate team and reports to the European Senior Commercial Director. The role also partners with the broader Global Growth Team and collaborates with global partners on key initiatives that support the business. The position is based at Converse EHQ in Hilversum, the Netherlands, and includes travel to meet and support retail partners.
The ideal candidate has a passion for streetwear, fashion, and youth culture, along with a strong understanding of the European Energy retailer landscape. This person brings experience managing strategic retail relationships, navigating a dynamic marketplace, and leading high‑performing teams.
As Senior Manager, Partner Management Specialty, this leader will guide the Inspire segment, strengthen key partner relationships, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and help unlock the full potential of the Converse brand. The role plays a critical part in shaping the Inspire business and serves as an integral member of the European Sales Leadership Team.
Experience & Qualifications:
You will lead the long‑term European strategic vision for the Inspire segment while overseeing day‑to‑day business operations. You will help grow the Inspire business in alignment with the integrated marketplace strategy, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth for the Converse brand.
