About the role

As SAP QM Application Consultant you are the internal expert responsible for applications supporting our Manufacturing and Quality processes. While your primary focus is SAP Quality Management (QM) you will also work with applications beyond SAP to support business-critical processes across our manufacturing landscape.

You take end-to-end ownership of your application domainfrom resolving incidents and implementing enhancements to contributing to strategic projects. Working closely with business stakeholders fellow Application Consultants and external partners you ensure our applications remain stable efficient and aligned with business needs.

This is a role where you will combine functional expertise business partnering and continuous improvement to help drive operational excellence across Refrescos international manufacturing organization. Your role is built around three core responsibilities: application ownership & support continuous improvement and project delivery.

What you will be doing

• Take ownership of incidents within your application domain and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external L2/L3 support partners to ensure agreed service levels are met.
• Participate in incident escalations to restore business continuity when required.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Advise on the optimal use of standard SAP functionality.
• Create and review functional specifications impact assessments and test scenarios.
• Configure SAP QM solutions or coordinate implementation with external partners.
• Support technical discussions and perform unit testing.
• Validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results and ensure successful implementation into production.
• Ensure proper documentation and a smooth handover to support teams.
• Contribute to projects as a functional consultant system configurator testing specialist or go-live & hypercare support team member.

What you will bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Consulting or Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing and Quality business processes.
• Experience with SAP PP-PI is considered a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working in an international and continuously evolving environment.
