About the Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager (vCSM), you will own a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses across the EMEA region, helping them maximize the value of Microsoft Azure.

You'll act as both a technical consultant and strategic advisor, identifying growth opportunities, guiding customers through cloud solutions, and ensuring long-term adoption and success.

What You'll Do

Own Your Customer Portfolio

• Manage a portfolio of business customers from onboarding through long-term success

• Become the trusted technical advisor for your accounts

• Build lasting customer relationships

Drive Business Growth

• Identify new Azure opportunities

• Generate additional business within existing and new accounts

• Expand cloud adoption across your customer base

Lead the Full Customer Journey

• Conduct technical discovery sessions

• Recommend Azure solutions tailored to business needs

• Guide customers from opportunity creation to implementation

• Activate Azure consumption and ensure successful adoption

Grow and Retain Customers

• Support customers throughout their cloud journey

• Engage proactively with customers at risk of churn

• Increase customer satisfaction and long-term Azure usage

Maintain Sales Excellence

• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

• Track opportunities, forecasts, and customer milestones

• Ensure high-quality pipeline management

Support Innovation

• Promote Microsoft AI and cloud innovation initiatives

• Stay updated on Azure products and best practices

• Continuously develop your technical knowledge

About your profile:

You are someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while building strong business relationships.

You'll thrive if you have:

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2)

• Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Sales Engineering, Cloud Consulting, IT Support, or B2B customer-facing roles

• Interest in cloud technologies and Microsoft Azure

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently

• Customer-first attitude with commercial awareness

Previous experience with cloud technologies, Azure, Microsoft solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation projects is an advantage but not mandatory.

Paid Training

• Training allowance: €854.40 total (€42.72/day)

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating shifts between 08:00–18:00

• 8-hour working day

• 1-hour lunch break

As you'll be employed under a Portuguese contract, you'll enjoy:
