Role OverviewAs the VP of Commercial Excellence you will bridge the gap between global strategy and regional execution by constantly improving the GTM approach and ensuring every customer-facing team member is equipped with the data, tools, and skills to win. You will lead a unified organization that encompasses: Functional Learning & Enablement, BDR, Revenue Operations, and Sales Strategy & Execution. This position reports into the CCO, and is part of the Commercial Leadership Team. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure Adyen has the most effective GTM motion globally within an ever-changing environment.
