Hilti Netherlands is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with the ambition to grow into a future Head of HR—in the Netherlands, in another Hilti market, or eventually even at regional level. This role is designed as a landing position for high potential HR talent with the ambition and capability to take on international leadership roles within the Hilti Group. The position sits within Hilti Netherlands and includes HR responsibilities for the Hilti Project Excellence Centre. You will partner closely with senior leadership (LT/MT), act as a strategic advisor, and ensure and execute operational excellence. This role is part of our long term succession planning for senior HR leadership roles.

What You'll do

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our people strategy and organizational development within Hilti Netherlands, while also supporting the international side of our business. In this role, you work closely with line management to provide HR related advice, support, service, and guidance to employees and leadership teams. You coach leaders, drive people development, support strategic recruitment, succession planning, and organizational development, all in alignment with Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.

Together with senior leaders and global HR colleagues, you will design, drive, and continuously improve the HR processes, leadership capabilities, and talent pipelines that enable Hilti’s long term success. This role requires strong business acumen, deep HR expertise, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex international matrix. You will lead and support initiatives that strengthen our culture, develop our people, and prepare the organization for future challenges. This position is designed for high potential HR talent with the ambition and mobility to grow into senior international HR leadership.

• Serve as a trusted business partner and sparring partner to leaders across the organization.
• Advise team leaders and employees on all HR related topics, ensuring high quality guidance and support.
• Lead, manage, and implement HR projects for our international Hilti Project Excellence Centre.
• Coordinate all compensation related processes, including salary reviews, promotions, and contract management.
• Deliver leader onboarding and provide local training on HR processes, systems, and policies.
• Coach team leaders on people related matters, ensuring consistent application of HR processes and adherence to guidelines.
• Operational HR tasks.

What you need is:

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources at University level
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR. More experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and experience with Dutch HR practices
• International experience or clear international affinity (study abroad, expat experience or demonstrated ambition)
• Deep understanding of HR core processes, systems, and tools
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex international matrix environment
• Experience in the same or similar sector is a strong advantage
• High potential to grow into senior HR leadership roles and willingness to relocate internationally in the near future
