For this vacancy, Sligro Food Group, Transport Department, is our client. For them, we handle the recruitment of, among others, driver's assistants, C drivers, CE drivers, and office positions. In your role, you will be working at the location in Berkel & Rodenrijs.
Functieomschrijving
As a C Driver, you are responsible for driving the truck and delivering a wide range of food and non-food products to customers such as restaurants, cafés, sports clubs, and company canteens. Together with your driver’s assistant, you handle loading and unloading and ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
This is an active role where you are frequently on the move and work in all weather conditions. You will primarily work from Monday to Friday, with regular shifts on Saturdays. Your start time is fixed, but flexibility is required regarding your finishing time.
At the start of the day, you review the route together, load the truck, and begin your deliveries. You also handle basic administrative tasks and provide friendly, customer-focused service. After completing your route, you return to the depot and check in for any additional assignments.
If you perform well, you will have the opportunity to obtain your CE license and grow within the company.
