Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Lead the roadmap for a premier global brand on TikTok Shop. You are responsible for the account strategy pricing alignment and maintaining a healthy P&L for their Italian presence.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for the brands TikTok Shop-Team ensuring reliable communication and aligning their international vision with local market execution.
• Content & Live Coordination: Oversee the planning and quality control of short-form video and livestream formats ensuring they meet the brands high standards while performing within the platforms algorithm.
• TikTok Platform Partnership: Maintain a professional close collaboration with TikTok Shop representatives to stay ahead of platform updates troubleshoot challenges and implement best practices for your client.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor key account metrics and translate data into clear actionable recommendations that support the clients growth and brand goals.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Experience: 24 years of professional experience in E-commerce Account Management or Digital Marketing. Youve successfully managed brands or projects in a digital sales environment.
• Linguistic Mastery: Native-level French (C2) and professional fluency in English OR German are essential for navigating both local and global stakeholder needs.
• Content Intuition: A solid understanding of what makes high-quality video and live shopping content specifically for a premium brand audience.
• Organized & Analytical: Strong business acumen with a structured approach to managing budgets timelines and account performance.
