Key Account Manager E-commerce (Consumer business)

TP-Link Benelux | Nieuwegein, Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid)

At TP-Link and Tapo, we create reliable, innovative technology that connects people to what matters most. In the Benelux, e-commerce is a key growth engine for both our networking and smart home categories.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager E-commerce to own one of our most important strategic online accounts in the Benelux. This role starts with a strong focus on one major customer and can expand over time to include other leading e-commerce accounts.

What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship with a major e-commerce partner in the Benelux.
  • Build and execute account plans, joint business plans and promotional strategies.
  • Deliver sales, margin and sell-through growth.
  • Drive strong execution together with Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
  • Lead regular business reviews and turn data into actions.

What you bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in key account management, e-commerce account management, or online retail.
  • Strong commercial experience with major e-commerce or omnichannel retail customers.
  • Direct experience with customers such as Coolblue, Bol.com, Amazon, or other leading Benelux e-commerce accounts is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • A hands-on mindset and the ability to make things happen cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
