Role Description
This full-time Head of Growth role is based on-site at our Amsterdam headquarters. The Head of Growth will oversee the development and execution of our growth strategy across ecommerce, performance marketing, and customer acquisition, managing our online sales platforms and our Meta and Google accounts to drive sustainable, profitable growth. This role combines strategic ownership with a genuine willingness to remain close to the details. As a lean and fast-moving team, we value someone who is equally comfortable shaping direction and contributing hands-on where required.
Key responsibilities include identifying and testing new growth opportunities across channels, analyzing trends and data to optimize acquisition and conversion, and proposing website optimizations to improve conversion rate and user experience. The role also involves closely monitoring competitor activity and advising on how NORTVI should respond, as well as contributing advice on category and assortment decisions to support informed buying choices. In addition, the Head of Growth will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to scale what works and build strong communication channels to align growth initiatives with business objectives. This role requires creative and analytical skills to enhance NORTVI's digital presence and profitability, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to remain operationally involved when the business requires it.
