Group Creative Marketing Manager

Location: Paris (France) or Ede or Rijswijk (The Netherlands)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring as Group Creative Marketing Manager to lead our Creative Marketing team and drive the development of impactful, high-quality creative assets across the Group. This role will report to our Group Marketing Director.

This role is responsible for the overall management, production, and delivery of creative content that strengthens our brands, supports our commercial teams, and accelerates business growth. Working closely with the Brand Manager, Product teams and Marketing, you will transform strategic brand direction into scalable, compelling creative assets that engage customers and generate demand.

As a people leader, you will manage and develop a team of five Creative Designers while continuously optimizing creative processes to deliver best-in-class assets efficiently and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Creative Designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
• Manage the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Optimize the Creative Marketing team's organization, workflows, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and scalability.

Creative Asset Management

• Own the creation and delivery of all Group creative marketing assets, including:
• Marketing campaign materials
• Corporate catalogues
• Product catalogues and lookbooks
• Sales presentations and sales enablement materials
• Flyers and promotional materials
• Product photography and image management
• Product renders
• Videos and multimedia content
• Copywriting and marketing content
• Ensure all creative assets consistently reflect the Group's brand architecture, visual identity, and positioning.

Brand Execution

• Translate the Brand Manager's strategic vision and sub-brand guidelines into inspiring, consistent, and scalable creative assets.
• Deliver creative solutions based on:
• Brand architecture
• Product briefs
• Marketing campaigns
• Commercial priorities

Commercial Impact

• Develop creative content designed to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Produce marketing assets that support lead generation and contribute directly to business growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Desig.
• Significant experience leading a creative team within an international B2B or retail environment/ 10 years at least.
• Strong expertise in brand management, creative direction, and marketing asset production.
• Excellent understanding of graphic design, photography, video production, copywriting, and digital content creation.
• Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (international environment), Dutch or French is a plus
