About the Role

AVer Europe is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our European Marketing team. This is a varied and hands-on role that supports marketing activities across Europe.

The Marketing Specialist will help coordinate events, marketing campaigns, product launches, and channel marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing projects together, managing multiple tasks at once, and collaborating with different teams to ensure activities are delivered smoothly and on time.


Key Responsibilities


Event Coordination & Sales Support

  • Support the European sales teams with the planning and execution of events and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate onsite and virtual events, including trade shows, partner events, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
  • Attend selected events across Europe when required.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collect event photos, videos, and activity information for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and update the European marketing events calendar.


Project Coordination & Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate marketing projects across multiple departments and regions.
  • Track marketing activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Support internal approval processes and maintain accurate records of marketing activities.
  • Assist with preparing regular marketing updates and reports.
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes and ways of working.


Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Support marketing activities on platforms such as Mailchimp and LinkedIn (organic and sponsored content).
  • Help create and adapt marketing content for different channels.


Marketing Materials & Brand Support

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, including brochures, merchandise, giveaways, event assets, and promotional items.
  • Work with suppliers and external partners to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and activities.
  • Support the creation and adaptation of visual content using tools such as Canva.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Technical, Finance, and Logistics teams to coordinate marketing activities.
  • Communicate with external agencies, event organizers, suppliers, and other vendors.
  • Act as a central point of coordination to help ensure projects and activities run smoothly.


Qualifications & Experience


Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn (organic and sponsored), Canva
  • Copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Professional proficiency in English.


Preferred

  • Experience supporting events, trade shows, or partner marketing activities.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or channel partners.
  • Experience within the technology or Pro AV industry.
  • Dutch language skills are an advantage.
