HR & Recruitment

Looking for a versatile and high-impact internship in a highly dynamic environment As our HR & Recruitment Intern no two days are the same. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day people side of our agency. Our team of 60 colleagues represents a beautiful mix from all over the world and youll ensure they feel supported and inspired.

You will help the HR team navigate the entire employee lifecycle: from finding top talent and coordinating interviews to ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and that our people can thrive.

Who we are looking for:

• Youre in the third or fourth year of your studies (HBO/WO);

• Youre looking for a work placement (or in case of a graduation internship youre able to work at least 3 days a week besides your graduation project);

• Youre fulltime available for 20 weeks (or longer);

• You have excellent interpersonal skills;

• You have a proactive mindset and an eye for detail;

• Youre confident in both Dutch and English.

Project Management / Communication

As a Project Manager / Communication Intern you support the operating of our creative digital agency and you are a spider in the web so you will need good communicating skills. You help the team manage around 60 colleagues and assist with many different projects. You help to provide your colleagues with the right input by setting up resource schedules and monitoring them. Safeguard the quality of the output budget and ensure that we deliver what has been agreed on. We use the Agile working method for most of our projects and we will make sure that you can learn this way of working.

Who we are looking for:

• Youre in the final year of your studies (HBO/WO);

• Youre fulltime available for 20 weeks (or longer);

• You have good communicating and stakeholder management skills;

• You have a commercial mindset;

• You speak English (speaking Dutch is an advantage).

User Experience Design

Hey congratulations! You chose to pursue a career in design and that choice hassurvived all the way to the internship phase. Your first team
The environment you choose to do that will have long-reaching ramifications on yourcareer. Too small a company and you wont get to fully experience the complexities ofworking on large projects with multi-layered teams. Too big and your contributionsmay go unnoticed. We have that sweet spot mid-size team of 60 people. Your diversesquad will consist of: Creative directors UX Designers Strategists Data analystsFront-end and Back-end Developers and of course Planners Project managers and Client Account Managers.

Is it right for you
If this is all sounding pretty good to you then here is what we are looking for. Designerswho are interested in all mediums but have a strong affiliation with digital design. Youare comfortable with conceptual thinking as well as design systems. Youre a spongethat wants to soak up more the mechanical aspects of getting things done and lookingto develop your soft skills as well. Youre not intimated by large multinational clientsand excited by popular local brands.

The hard skills list

• An understanding of visual design for brand communication.

• Confident grasp of UX.

• Comprehension of design systems.

• Proficient with Sketch or Figma Photoshop Fireworks Illustrator

• Keynote/Powerpoint etc. (a few of these are pretty essential).

Visual Design

We are looking for a Visual Design Intern to join our team in the Netherlands. At Assist Digital we help brands create better experiences by bridging the gap between high-level strategy and detailed craft.

As an intern you will work on real client projects alongside our senior designers. You will create components refine design systems and ensure visual consistency across digital journeys. We value practical design decisions over decorative trends.

Back-end Development

Are you an ambitious HBO student in the ICT field and do you not shy away from a challenge Then Assist Digital NL might be the place for you!

In addition to your internship there is sufficient guidance and freedom to develop and work on your (graduation) a developer at Assist Digital NL you will develop various applications and websites. These applications are developed and applications we deliver are produced from a variety of sources such as Microservices Rest APIs and Soap services.

You regularly work in multidisciplinary teams where you work closely together with Front-end Developers UX- and Visual will be guided by an experienced developer who can you can answer all your questions.

We have experienced that if you have only learned Java at school this should not be a problem.

Marketing

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and big ideas Looking to kickstart your career in a fast-paced agency environment Were looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team! As our intern youll work directly with our CCO on brainstorming sessions marketing strategies and concept development. Youll also create engaging content for our social media channels and collaborate closely with our designers and Business Development Manager to support various ongoing projects.

Who were looking for:

• Youre in your 3rd or final year of your studies

• Your study program is related to Marketing Communications Business or a similar field

• Youre available for 20 weeks or longer

• You have strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Youre confident in English (Dutch is a plus!)

• Youre proactive creative and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment

Finance

Behind every great campaign is a rock-solid financial team. At Assist Digital NL we believe that creativity thrives on structure and that structure comes from sound financial management. Are you detail-oriented analytical and curious about how numbers drive the success of creative agencies Then you might be the finance intern were looking for!

As a Finance Intern youll become an essential part of our finance team. Youll work closely with our Finance Controller assisting in the day-to-day financial operations and gaining hands-on experience with cash flow project administration and invoicing. This is your chance to step into the financial heartbeat of a fast-paced digitally-driven agency environment and contribute to the smooth running of a financial administration.

What youll do:

• Support daily financial operations such as processing invoices managing cashflow and keeping all systems aligned

• Assist in preparing monthly reports and overviews for internal stakeholders

• Help track client project budgets and contribute to financial forecasting

• Dive into data to spot patterns trends and opportunities for process improvements

• Get exposure to tools like Excel Exact Globe and project management systems

What were looking for:

• Youre in the 3rd or final year of your studies

• Your study program is related to Finance Business Economics Accountancy or a similar field

• Youre available for a period of at least 20 weeks (starting date can be discussed)

• Youre curious accurate and eager to understand context behind the numbers

• You have strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Youre comfortable using Excel and keen to improve your skills

• Youre confident in English (Dutch is a plus!)

• Youre proactive independent and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
