This role is central to shaping business requirements, driving solution alignment, and ensuring successful delivery across a multi‑phase digital transformation initiative. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and program leadership to guide decision‑making, validate requirements, and support readiness for deployment and hypercare. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across a major asset management transformation program. Gather, validate, and document business requirements aligned with strategic objectives. Conduct fit‑gap analysis and influence solution discussions based on business value realization. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and decision‑making sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders. Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, and transformation teams. Support testing cycles, business readiness planning, and deployment activities. Contribute to hypercare support post‑go‑live to ensure smooth transition and adoption. Ensure alignment between business processes, regulatory requirements, and solution design. Essential Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Asset Lifecycle Management , ideally within the utilities sector. Proven leadership in large‑scale business transformation or digital transformation programs. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Deep familiarity with Agile , Waterfall , and Hybrid delivery models. Experience with European utility clients is highly advantageous.
