Job DescriptionAs a CyberArk Engineer, you will:- Manage and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP.
- Perform CyberArk version upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Onboard and manage Windows, Linux, Database, Application, and Service accounts.
- Administer CyberArk Safes and privileged access policies.
- Execute Disaster Recovery (DR), failover, and failback activities to ensure high availability.
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, MFA, SAML, and Azure SSO.
- Support PAM design, deployment, operational activities, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and privileged access management best practices.
- Customize CyberArk connection components and plugins where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve CyberArk-related issues and implement enhancements.
What You Bring to the Table:- 8+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAS Core components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP).
- Expertise in privileged account onboarding and Safe administration.
- Experience performing CyberArk upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR), High Availability (HA), and failover processes.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with AD, LDAP, MFA, SAML, and Azure SSO.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Sybase databases.
- Knowledge of CyberArk AAM and API automation is an added advantage.
- CyberArk Defender certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
You should possess the ability to:- Administer and support CyberArk PAS environments efficiently.
- Perform CyberArk upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Configure and manage privileged accounts across multiple platforms.
- Implement DR and HA strategies for CyberArk infrastructure.
- Integrate CyberArk with enterprise identity and authentication solutions.
- Troubleshoot CyberArk infrastructure, authentication, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure secure privileged access in accordance with organizational security standards.
- Work effectively with customers, security teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Deliver operational support while maintaining system stability and compliance.
